*Location Restriction: As I am only licensed as an APRN in Connecticut, I am only able to see patients physically located in Connecticut for the duration of our visit. Patients not located in Connecticut are not able to be seen at this time. Any patient out of state will either be rescheduled (if Connecticut resident with an existing patient relationship) or will be assisted in finding provider in state of their residence.
